I race self-supported ultra-distance events — gravel and mountain bike, across Europe and North Africa. No support crew: everything I need is on the bike. The nickname Food Trailer of Gravel Racing comes from the fueling — around 96 g of carbohydrate per hour, sustained over 46 hours at Basajaun.
